The Foundation is pleased to announce the publication of the new issue of its Debates and Documents Collection (issue 26), available in open access.
This issue, available in French and English, concludes the first sub-period of the Foundation’s 2020-2024 expertise activity. This project is supported by the Canton of Vaud.
For some time now, the concept of smart has been democratised, especially since 2020 with the Covid-19 pandemic. This publication, to which several experts and academics have contributed, looks back at the concept of smart and what it really implies in today’s societies, be it at the political, economic or societal level.
