The Foundation is pleased to announce the publication of the latest issue of its Debates and Documents Collection (issue 41), available in open access.
This issue is entitled “Le Kosovo comme terrain d’analyse du fonctionnement de la politique de sécurité et de défense commune de l’Union européenne”, written by Mrs. Diellza Ajeti. For the first time, a personal Master’s work in law supervised by the Foundation at the University of Lausanne is published in the Debates and Documents Collection. This contribution presents considerations on the conditions in which the European Union can lead a credible and durable action in conflict resolutions contexts, with the case of Kosovo as analytical field.
