Philippe Herzog, founding president of Confrontations Europe, published an article entitled “Jean Monnet, le projet européen et nous” in the May 2019 issue of Cahiers d’Europe 21. Philippe Herzog draws on Jean Monnet’s biography written by Richard Mayne, published in March 2019 by the Foundation in its Debates and Documents Collection, and extends it with proposals and a vision to regenerate the European project in the current context.
