Let’s relive together through a few photos two days spent at the Maison Jean Monnet in Bazoches-sur-Guyonne (France), marked by a tribute to José María Gil-Robles, former President of the European Parliament (1997-1999) and President of our Foundation (2009-2014). Our President, Pat Cox, former President of the European Parliament, and our Director, Gilles Grin, spoke at the emotional two-day conference. The archivist in charge, Vincent Bezençon, was also present. The discussions, in which one of President Gil-Robles’ children and a number of young people also took part, focused on the memory of José María Gil-Robles and the issues facing Europe today.
