In this month of July 2020, the Foundation is pleased to announce the publication of a new issue of its Debates and Documents Collection available in open access.
Under the title “Multilateralism: crises and perspectives”, Jean Zwahlen presents two separate contributions on a topic of burning current interest. First, an essay entitled “Does the crisis of multilateralism foreshadow a clash of civilizations? “from the transcript of a lecture given in November 2019. Then, an analysis of the 5G technological revolution, its geopolitical implications and its strategic challenges for the EU and Switzerland.
Jean Zwahlen has followed a rich career path in economic and financial diplomacy. He was also a member of the Executive Board of the Swiss National Bank.
