23rd issue of the Debates and Documents collection

The Foundation is pleased to announce the release of a new issue of its Debates and Documents Collection available in open access.

The essay is authored by Prof. Dario Velo, full professor of management at the University of Pavia and Francesco Velo, researcher, head of the Public Services Management course at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Pavia. The essay looks back at the 2020 Recovery Plan, which the authors argue requires a full understanding of the results that this process has led to. The crucial aspects on which attention must now be focused, in order to guide the process towards the final objective, limiting the risk of short-term decisions, are essentially three: what characteristics the European Economic Union will have; what relations will be established between the European Economic Union and the European Monetary Union; what rules will govern the European Economic Monetary Union and how the governance of the European Economic Monetary Union itself will be organised.
