The Foundation is pleased to announce the publication of a new issue (issue 32) in the debates and documents Collection, in open access.
This issue, in English, is entitled “The Swiss and the EU Constitutional Orders Compared”. This brochure contains the lecture given by Gilles Grin, the Foundation’s director, at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” on 4 December 2023 as part of the series of Swiss-Bulgarian constitutional lectures organised by the Faculty of Law and the Swiss Embassy in Bulgaria.
