Gilles Grin, Director of the Foundation, has been elected corresponding member for Switzerland of the Royal Spanish Academy of Economic and Financial Sciences (RACEF). He will give his inaugural lecture in Barcelona on 9 November 2023.
The President of the Foundation, Pat Cox, former President of the European Parliament, became a member of RACEF in 2020 as Corresponding Academician for Ireland. The late President José María Gil-Robles, who died in 2023, was a member of RACEF from 2014 until his death.
