The Foundation is pleased to announce the publication of the new issue of its Debates and Documents Collection (issue 27), available in open access.
This issue, entitled ‘EU Enlargement and Ukraine’, is the eloquent speech given by our President Pat Cox, former President of the European Parliament, at a conference at the Institute of International and European Affairs in Dublin, on the 22nd March 2023.
