Friday 29th November 2024 the Foundation organised a dialogue called Drug shortages in Switzerland and Europe. What are the solutions?
The dialogue was held with Anne Lévy, Director of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), Petra Doerr, Director of the European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines and Healthcare (EDQM – Council of Europe), Valérie Junod, Professor at HEC, UNIL, titular Professor at the Faculty of Law, UNIGE and legal counsel in Geneva and François Girardin, Medical Professor at UNIL, Head of Clinical Pharmacology at CHUV and Swiss hospital representative on the Federal Commission on Medical Products (FOPH). The dialogue was moderated by Frédéric Erard, Associate Professor at the FDCA and FBM at UNIL, Vice-Director of the Law School, and questions from the audience were also welcomed.
The event took place on the campus of the University of Lausanne and was broadcast live on YouTube.
