On 23 February 2021, Federica Mogherini, Rector of the College of Europe, former High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission (2014-2019), held a conference on “The Global Strategy of the EU”.
The event was organised by the Foundation. It was held live and was broadcast on Facebook and YouTube.
Federica Mogherini’s conference was followed by a discussion with Pat Cox, President of the Foundation and former President of the European Parliament, and by many questions from the audience.
